Women

Worship gatherings: a place for unhurried, free worship that includes a range of expressions such as music, communion, scripture reading, or prayer, as well as time for fellowship with one another. 
This fall, we are calling the whole church to gather once a month for a time of corporate worship and prayer. We believe this is so vital to the life of the church that we are uniting Women's Worship Gatherings with RENEW Worship and Prayer Nights and coming together as the church on the last Sunday of each month from 6-7:30pm in the Hall. Childcare will be provided. Join us! Come and sit with each other as we encounter God together and invite Him to move powerfully in and among us!

Hey friends, some of you have been anticipating a fall women's gathering but as we were gearing our thoughts towards that , Pastor Dave filled us in about the plans for a whole church worship night! How exciting to have a space to linger in the Lord's presence ALL together! We hope you will set aside this hour once a month and use the opportunity to gather as women (or as couples or as families! ) We are eager to cultivate a place of sweetness in the Spirit, to build our body as a house of prayer and to continue to build relationships with one another as we connect in the sacred space of prayer and worship.  

Friendship gatherings: Different each time, but with a focus on friendship building through lighthearted fun and laughter, as well as providing space for meaningful relationships with one another and some brief time of reflection.

Women of all ages - join us for an evening of warmth, laughter, and holiday cheer! Bring a non-perishable food item to share with those in need, and a dish for our festive potluck dinner. Let’s celebrate together with good food, great company, and some delightful surprises! Mark your calendars: December 3rd, 6:00-8:00pm in the Fellowship Hall. We can’t wait to share this special time with you – come for the fun, fellowship, and joy of the season!

Hello, Women of VAC! We’re thrilled to connect with you all this year and have an exciting evening planned for early December to kick off the Christmas season. 

Tea Trios are groups of 3 women who meet regularly to build intentional friendships and encourage each other in life and faith. One of the women will be the facilitator who ensures the group connects regularly. The Intentional Friendship Team supports the facilitators to help them form life giving groups where the women can build relationships and grow together. You don't need to have a group to become a facilitator!

Are you a woman who desires to walk alongside a couple of others to build close relationships that strengthen your walk with Jesus?   

The intentional Friendship Team would love to have a conversation with you!

Our purpose is to serve the Lord with our hands by crafting shawls with prayer, love and meaning. If you have a heart for people in need of compassion, healing, encouragement, peace and comfort from our God then you are invited to participate in this ministry. Join us-all skill levels are welcome.

A 7-Session Study by Kelly Minter
