Any data collected during the giving process is accessible by our financial team for record-keeping and tax receipting purposes. Vernon Alliance Church does not share donor information with any other parties. Personal information is collected only for ministry purposes. By providing your personal information during the giving / payment process, you consent to have Vernon Alliance Church record your information for receipting and ministry purposes.
At any time, you may update the personal information Vernon Alliance Church has on record for you by contacting us.
Tax receipts for receipt-able donations are issued according to Canada Revenue Agency guidelines at the end of each year and mailed in February. Please contact us if you did not receive your receipt.
To change or cancel a recurring payment, please contact us below or by calling 250-545-7105. Changes may take up to 10 business days to process.
Spending of funds is confined to church board-approved programs and projects. Each restricted contribution designated toward such an approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason determined by the organization, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where needed most.
Vernon Alliance Church reserves the right to change or update these Policies, Terms & Conditions at any time.
If you choose to make your regular financial contributions to Vernon Alliance Church via online giving, please be aware that these transactions are viewed in the same way as the weekly offering.
