The health, safety, and well-being of our entire VAC church family continues to be of great importance to us. Due to the rise in Covid-19 cases across the province, and in light of the BC Provincial Health updates given on Thursday, November 19, we have been required to temporarily pause all in-house weekend services and in-person ministry gatherings.

By pausing our in-person events, we are able to honour and respect the decisions mandated by the BC Provincial Health Authority. We have been and continue to be committed to creating ways to stay connected, and encourage you to reach out to your ministry leaders and find out what they have planned. Our weekend services will continue to be livestreamed on Saturday at 6:30pm and Sunday at 10:00am. They will also be available on-demand on all platforms by 9am every Sunday. These weekends will remain intentional and interactive, and we encourage you to stay connected by joining us, and by following on social media.

Our office phones will remain open, and our staff and pastors will continue to work as guidelines allow. If you need us, we are here! Please reach out! We will continue to monitor any changes, & will keep you updated over the next few weeks. We know that getting most of our human connection through a screen just isn’t the same. But, we also know that we are blessed to have the possibility of real connection, that something can still happen, even through our screens. May we continue to be grateful for what we do have, & to know that church is much more than an hour together, whether in-person, or behind a screen.

Covid-19 Updates

We continue to closely monitor the Covid-19 pandemic, and Pastor Dwayne has an update to share in light of the extended restrictions announced by our provincial government on December 7, 2020.
